No. Offices and storefronts are usually cleaned in the evening after you close, and homes while you’re out. A key or a lockbox is the usual arrangement—or an access code if your building uses one. We’ll agree it before the first visit and let you know once we’re done and everything is locked up.

If you’d rather be there, that’s completely fine too.

Yes. That’s most of what we do—weekly, every other week or monthly, on the same day and time so you always know when we’ll be in. Turnovers and one-off deep cleans are booked around your calendar.

A walk-through of the property on a set schedule—seasonally, or between tenants—with dated photos of its condition sent to you afterwards. We also take a quick look at smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and any smart locks, and flag anything that seems wrong.

It’s a practical extra pair of eyes, not a formal inspection or certification. Anything we flag is for you or your contractor to follow up on.

Northfield is home base. We also serve Montpelier on scheduled route days, which keeps travel down and pricing fair.

If you’re just outside those towns, ask anyway—we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Yes. We bring everything—products, cloths, vacuums, the lot. You don’t need to have anything ready.

If you’d prefer we use a specific product of yours, perhaps for a delicate surface or a sensitivity in the building, just leave it out and tell us.

In homes, we’d ask that pets are crated or out of the house while we’re cleaning. It’s safer for them and it lets us work properly.

Yes, in Northfield. Plowing, walkway shoveling and sanding are arranged through independent local providers in the Sadie Partner Network, who quote and contract with you directly. Request snow removal.

Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move you to another slot—there’s no cancellation fee.

Life happens, so if something comes up at shorter notice, tell us anyway and we’ll sort it out. We’d simply rather know than turn up to a locked door.
